Angie has over 18 years of personal training experience, both in the area, as well as nationally. Angie is currently on her 17th year as a National Trainer for the National Exercise Trainers Association and is a faculty member at Terra State Community College. She holds an MBA in Sports Management and is highly educated in the field of health and fitness. In addition to her national certifications in personal training and group fitness, she is nationally certified in the following specialty certificates: Yoga, Pilates, Pilates reformer, Lifestyle Coach, Tai Chi, Cycling, Intermediate Cycling, Nutrition, TRX, Kettlebell, Kettlebell II, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Strong Nation by Zumba, Zumba for kids, Kickboxing, HIIT, Barre, Drums Alive, Self Defense and Corporate Wellness. Angie also holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, is a Rock Steady Boxing Coach for Parkinson's Disease and is Board Certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.

Program 1: Accountability
Small Group Training is unique session that offers personal guidance within a group setting. The benefits are countless as you work with a personal trainer within a group atmosphere! You will save on the cost of a trainer and will receive specific guidance on what it is you need to focus on! A group setting provides additional encouragement and accountability as you work out with people who are also working on the same goals. Group training sessions may be sport specific, weight loss, or general guidance on how to work out properly.

Program 5: It Takes Two Grab a partner and let’s make our workouts double the fun! We will come up with this way-super-cool workout routine for the two of you so you’re not only accountable, but you’re both successful!

TRX small group training is our newest program added to the list! Join our certified instructor/ personal trainer and 4-8 fellow participants in a 8-12 week program. The program is designed to challenge your stability, core strength and balance to gradually advance you to a specific fitness skill or goal. Enjoy more personalized instruction with a group that is more intimate, and goal-oriented. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost. You bring the people, and Angie will bring on the workouts!

Fitness Machine Orientation: Learn the basics of the fitness equipment as well as the correct form for the proper implementation of each of the machines. Fee based hourly.
Body Composition Testing: Do you currently know what percentage of your body is fat? Schedule a private, 30 minute meeting to have a three-site or a seven-site skin fold body composition test to measure the amount of fat you have. Having the body composition test might be all you need to help you decide to make a change. Fee based on half hour increments.
Monthly Exercise Program Design: Have you hit a plateau? Bored with your same old routine? Are you achieving your goals? Contact Angie for an individualized exercise schedule for you to maximize your time and results. Prerequisite: Fitness Assessment & Evaluation prior to program design, and every 2 months after initial assessment to monitor progress. Fee based on hourly increments.
Fitness Assessment & Evaluation: A fitness assessment is a confidential and personalized consultation to test the following components of physical fitness: weight, girth measurements, body composition testing, aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Upon completion of the assessment, trainer will discuss the results and make general recommendations based upon the results and the evaluation of client’s health history, medical information, lifestyle, and diet. Fee based on hourly increments.
